visa extension for my mother (indian) on s2.

Question

My mother is here in Guangzhou on a S2 type and she is not English speaker and old enough to travel alone. Unfortunately, I had a surgery and advised to not to travel a month or so. I need an extension for my mother's S2. What is needed and what should I do?

Your mother's valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo, Valid Temporary Accommodation Registration Form, your resident permit, your passport, your birth certificate (or any document to show your relationship). For other documents, you may need to consult with the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for knowing more.
