About:Macau Visa Policy

Does a Sri Lankan passport holder living in HK and holding a HKID need to apply for a Macau visa

if yes where to apply for it in Hong Kong island

Based on my information, you may still need to apply for a permit to visit Macau. Only the permanent HKID holders can visit Macau without an entry permit.
