Visa to Macau for Belarus

Good evening! I'm a student from Belarus, I have a residence permit in China. I want to visit Macau for 3 days. Where in Shangai I can apply for visa or is it possible to get one directly in a local airport? Are documents of financial status (e.g. bank statement, deposit in savings account, tax payment receipt, employment certificate, etc.) are compulsory or I can get a entry permit without them? I plan to travel by myself without any tourist group, so are airplane tickets and hotel reservation enough in case I don't have other proof of purpose of visit?
Thank you in advance!

It is no need to apply in Shanghai, but just need to apply an entry permit when you reach the local airport.
All the documents are not compulsory, but if you have, you are suggested to take your round trip tickets to Macau, the local hotel bookings. If you have a bank statement, you are also suggested to take.
