multiple entry 1 year

Question

Hi,I'm a usa citizen and currently in Israel as a student, Can i apply for a 1 year multiple entry visa here at the Chinese embassy or do i need to apply only in the USA etc?Please note this is my second time i'm applying for it, (just mentioning in case it makes a difference).Thank you.

It is possible to apply a multiple entry type in Israel, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end. You are suggested to have a try and the embassy will issue you one based on your real situation. If this is your second time to apply, it may be easier to get a multiple entry one.
