I have Swedish alien passport. do I need a visa to enter Hong Kong?

HI, I have Swedish Aline passport and would to fly to Hong Kong to change the Chinese L to Z,

In general, you may enjoy the 90-day free entry policy to visit HK and if possible, you are still suggested to contact the HK Immigration Department Office for confirming.

You are suggested to apply for a Chinese L or Z in Sweden, because the application may be rejected if you apply in HK.
