About:Shanghai Maglev Train

Shanghai transit for 4 hrs on Saturday afternoon

I will be on transit at Pudong airport arriving 16h and departing 22h.　So i have 6hrs.
Given that it is a Saturday and I will have no luggage.
I need any kind advise about:
1-wether it is possible to travel by Maglev from airport and go to Yuyuan garden area
And then the Bund area for quick photo tours and coming back to the airport in 4hrs or not?
2-If yes what would be the best itinerary and transportation?

As I know, the operating hours of Yuyuan Garden is from 8:30 to 17:30 (last ticket sold at 17:00). As you arrive in the airport in 16:00; I don’t think you have enough time to reach there before it close.

But your plan of the quick photo in the Bund area is doable. You can take the Maglev train to Longyang Road and then take a taxi to reach the Huangpu River Sightseeing Area. This route may needs 30min. So you’ll have enough time to take photo there.

Thank you for the kind reply.
For the garden, not interested, i meant the shopping area around.
How good the idea of travelling by Taxi between the Bund and Yuyuan area
on Saturday`s afternoon?
Will it be faster than the 22min. walk? or will i be just caught in traffic jam?

Oh, it is around 3mi from the Bund to the Yuyuan area for shopping, so it is convenient to take a taxi. After taking pictures on the Bund, the traffic jam should have been easy. Don't worry!
