About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am a us citizen and need a chinese visa L can I do it in Dubai during my week stop over?

There is no chi ese embasssy or consuélate here in miami to apply, since my ticket to china has a stop over in dubai i Will stay there for a week and was thinking that i have enough time to get it to mainland chine done there is this posible

According to the policy, you are able to apply the Tourist L in Dubai, but honestly speaking, it is not assured that you can get a Tourist L even if you apply.
If time is enough for applying in USA, you are suggested to apply in USA and you can apply in Houston.
