About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

can i hand write to fill-up china visa application form?

Do i need invitation letter to apply for it if i had one before?

You need to fill the form on the computer and then print it out. The invitation letter is still needed for your second application. If the invitation letter is not possible, you can try to provide your hotel bookings and round trip tickets to China instead.
