About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

animal market? 7hours stop in Guangzhou?

Hi, we heading to this city next month, only for few hours and we want to see some market with live animals(aquarium fishes and plants, pets, spiders etc) Don't want to buy some(it's impossible to bring these home thru airport), but we are interested in this sort of things...

Is this trip possible, if we have only 7hour stop between flights?

If you really want to go, Huadiwan Flower, Birds and Fish Wholesale Market near Huadiwan metro station, is your best choice. There you can find all you wanna see.

As you only have 7 hours, time is a little tight if you travel by public transportation, as the distance is around 23mi. Then I would recommend you rent a taxi or car for a round trip for your feasible trip.

Thanks a lot, i searched a little and it realy looks like best place.
How long will take it by taxi? Can you approximate taxi price?

We arrive wednesday 15:45 and hopefully catch departing at 23:20.
So i have in mind 16:45 taxi - 17:30? Huadiwan - 20:50 searching for taxi - 21:40 back in airport...???
Seems tight, my wife talked me not to take flight with 18hours stop in Guangzhou and now im so sorry for listening her :)
