About:Luggage Rack

I am planning to visit Kunming & Lijiang at 17 January - 3 February.

Will it be snowing in the the city? Is the plants/flowers will be in bloom, considering that it's gonna be winter. And is it advisable to go to Jiaozi Mountain during that period?

According to the past weather recods, it would be sunny in most cases in the two cities, but in late Jan. you are likely to meet very slight snowfall.

During that period, the flowers have not blossomed. If you go around end of Feb. you may see some blooms.

Well, it would be fine to visit Jiaozi Snow Mountain then. U will still be able to see the winter scenery there.
