birth certificate conversion in chinese laguage

i am on X1 visa in China and now going to take my 3 months old baby on S1 type so i want to ask that either it necessary to convert its birth certificate from English to Chinese laguage and than attest both forms from China embassy? and marriage certificate is also necessary to attest from embassy?

The baby's birth certificate is necessary, but the marriage certificate is not needed.

birth certificate both in Chinese and English should be attested from China embassy?

The birth certificate should be notarized by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. It isn't required to be attested by Chinese embassy.
