About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Russian national with a single-entry Chinese visa visiting Hong Kong and back to China

I am a Russian national that has a single-entry Chinese permit for two months. I am in China now and would like to visit Hong Kong shortly as a tourist and come back to China. Visiting Hong Kong should not be a problem as Russians can visit Hong Kong for 14 days free-entry. My question is: will I be able to come back to China after Hong Kong? Or is the entry to Hong Kong considered as leaving China and, therefore, the way back will be considered as a second entry?
Thank you.

Since you only has a single entry for China, you are unable to get back to China mainland. HK and China mainland have seperate immigration system, so leaving for HK is considered as leaving China.
