How i apply for chinese working Visa ?

Hello I'm Vicky Singh from India. Now I'm working in China. My Work Z will be expire soon. Now got offer letter from other company, But they told me I have to pay for chinese Work Z by myself,They will providing me all necessary document , but they dont apply it and fee, So I want to know what is the cost of Chinese working Z? And what document requirement ?
Because before my last company apply my Work Z, So I want to know what is the producer for apply new chinese working Z?
