About:China Visa on Arrival

Can i get Chinese visa at Shanghai arrival?

I'm Planing to arrive in Shanghai on 10/25/2014 but i dont have time to get one before that date, what can i do?

The VOA for Shanghai is impossible, so you need to apply for a Tourist L before you go to China.

May I ask whether you go to China for traveling or an urgent thing?
