Which bus do i take to going central mosque from tian wai in Tianjin?

What do you mean by tian wai? Or do you wanna refer to TJ Foreign Studies University?
If yes, take bus no. 906, and get off at Xiyuzhuang Station. Then walk to the south along with Hongqiao North Avenue. In this way, you will find the mosque easily.1

Hope you refer to the campus in Hexi District. If so, you can wait and get on the bus (no. 906) on Ma Chang Dao, which is the street/road close to the north gate of the school.0
