I'll be staying at Holiday Inn Hotel Sanya near airport for a night from here how do I get to railway station and from the station to Wanning?

You can take the tourist line (lvyou Zhuanxian) and get off at West station (Xizhan). Then walk to Youyi police substation (Youyi Paichusuo) and change to bus No. 20, get off at the local Railway Station. The transfer will takes around 1 hour. Or you can choose to take a Taxi, which will cost around CNY50 and takes about 30min.
