how do i apply a paper cut to a surface?

I was given a Chinese paper cut as a gift but I don't know how to apply or paste it to a window or other surface.

You got the red color ones?If so, you can put use some glue on the back side (not the red side) and it can be used pasted on the window. Or you can use adhesive tape to paste it.

Cover work surface with new paper. Place cuttings face side down. Get a can spray adhesive. Aim at a distance of 1 feet above your cutting and spray with even parallel stroke to coat the surface evenly. Lift yr cutting gently and paste on the board or card.
