If safe to stay in Stanford hotel or city view in Hong Kong?

In the 2 hotel Stanford and city view. What is the near in mtr and shopping mall

Both these two hotels are safe. Don't worry.
And all of these two are near to the mtr station.
Hotel Stanford is near to Yau Ma Tei Station and Mong Kok Station.
City View Hotel is near to Yau Ma Tei Station.
And there are also several large shopping malls around these hotels. You can choose what you like.
