Buy G Train ticket from Beijing to Hangzhou

Hi,
Can I buy G Train ticket from BJ to Hangzhou at any train station such as Dongzimen? Where is the location & what time its open?
Is there any additional fee?

Yes, you can buy the train tickets at the rail ticket office near Dongzhimen. I know two of the nearby ticket offices:
one is at the 1st floor, building no. 12, North Street of Dongzhimen Outer and it is open from 08:30 to 20:30.
The other is at no. 20-5, building no. 20, Dongzhimen Inner South Street and it has the same operating hours.

You need to pay CNY5 service charge besides the train ticket fare.
