Confirmation of check-in baggage delay

I flied from Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam to Lhasa with transit at Guangzhou with CSA. My baggage was delayed 5 days to Lhasa. I would want to contact CSA by email (since intl call will be costly and hard to explain) and ask for the baggage delay confirmation so that I could claim for my own insurance company. However, I could not find any support email from the official website of Southern Airlines. Please help to provide email support. Thanks. Long.

I contacted CSA Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC) and showed them the problem of luggage delay. After lots of checking, they found that the problem was from their staff (who did the check-in procedure for us). He did a wrong luggage guideline that cause luggage delay at Lhasa and he was fired after that.

The point is CSA Ho Chi Minh city can not handle this case and told me they escalated to CSA Guangzhou. But CSA Guangzhou returned to CSA HCMC with a message that this is not a problem of CSA - it's client's problem.

What I need is a document which confirms that our luggage is delayed then I can claim the insurance company. But after 6 months I am still waiting for this and no one (HCMC and Guangzhou) takes this responsibility. Also, email I sent to CSA Gaungzhou has never got a reply.

Very very disappointed with CSA.
