Working VISA (Z) without Degree - Age 19

Hi,

I'm a UI/UX designer with 7 years of experience and a new start-up company is looking to hire me full-time. The company office is in Shenzhen, China. However, there are huge problems in acquiring a working Z for me. I'm only 19 years old and have no degree/diploma - However, like I mentioned, I still have 7+ years of work experience.

Do I have a way out of this? Really need to know urgently.

Thank you so much!

The age is not the problem. If you have certain degree to meet your job requirements, there is no problem for your degree.

The age and the diploma are required by the company hires you for applying your work permit. With them, you can apply for a Work Z to work in China. If the company really wants you, they will help you to get the permit, so you are suggested to contact the company who wants you to discuss this issue.

Did the company in Shenzhen provide you an offer?
If the offer is provided, they may want you, so you can contact them to help you to get a work permit.

A degree is usually a requirement to get the working visa. Plus you are going to get red flagged stating you have 7 years of experience at anything at only age 19. They are unlikely to believe you have been working since age 12
