Sengee, there are three telecome operators in China. Each operator provides many kinds of packages. Each package costs differently. You may tell what mode (WCDMA, GSM or CDMA) your phone supports and which city you will come to. Then I may help you find which telecom you'd better choose and where you can have the sim card. As for the charges, it depends on what kind of package you choose.
