Where to apply Permanent Residence Visa?

Hello,

I am living and working in China for over 5 years (Work Z), I am married and owner of a home in China.
My wife's Hukou is not in the same city than my employment and property.

Where should I submit my Permanent Residence Application?

Based on my information, it should be made at the city where your wife's Hukou is.

Personally speaking, you are suggested to go to the PSB where you bought the home in China to consult first. If they cannot provide yu that service, you can go to the place where your wife's Hukou is.
