we R trying to get the fun of snow feeling which we did not try when we were in wuhan last year so was hoping that we can get some fun this yearSo when will it snow normally

According to the previous statistics, the snow falls during the early Jan. to the end of Feb. So I'm afraid that you cannot see the snow during your visiting time. If you don't mind, I suggest you go to Harbin, Heilongjiang Province to see the snowfall.
