Irish citizen - wishing to apply for another Chinse tourist visa in Seoul..

Mine will expire (as i'll have used all the entries, this visa was applied for in Oct 2014) but will only be in Seoul for a few days then flying back to Shanghai. Can I apply in Seoul for another tourist L or is this not possible?

Do you have a ARC in Korea?
If you do not have that with at least 6 months validity, you can apply it in Seoul. The ARC is required for applying in Korea.
