Which sites are worth visiting in Hangzhou?

We are planning on a day's excursion to HZ from Shanghai. I was given this itinerary by a Chinese tour operator:

Day tour in the city include the Boat ride on westlake, Viewing fish at the flower pond, Bamboo lined path at Yunqi, Meijiawu Tea Plantation, Grand Canal & Ancient Street, The Song Dynasty Street. Drive you back to your hotel or the HZ train station and your tour ends.

I would appreciate any feedbacks and suggestions on which sites to skip or which sites are worth seeing/visiting instead.

Thank you very much.

This plan is too tight for a day and you may have no enough time to closely see everything. You may think about cancelling the viewing fish and Meijiawu Tea Plantation.
Have fun!
