Where to shop for overruns of tory burch, longchamp, etc. in Beijing?

Also, what should we wear for our trip thud coming december 9-14, 2014.

Tory Burch: the 3rd floor, Shin KONG PLACA, no. 87, Jianguo Road, Chaoyang District.
Longchamp: N4-17, North District of Taiguli, Sanlitun.

The temperature around that time is 14-53F. So it’s cold there. You may need to take sweaters and down jacket. Besides, scarf and gloves are needed too for there is usually windy.
