About:Tourist Complaints in China

Contact herbal tour stop

Our tour guide took us to CHINA ACADEMY OF CHINESE MEDICAL SCIENCES they charged our bank account 5600cny, ti should have been 560cny, they just added another 0 to the end. Can't find any contact info for them, can someone please help SCAM

Sheila, you may first ask help from the tour agency and see if they can help you. If they refuse, you may try to complain them to the local tourism adminstration bureau. (010)65275315 the complaint tel of China National Tourism Administration. You may try to make a call and see if they can help you.

Call and talk to your bank or credit card claims department. They will dispute the charge for you. It's the best and easiest way. If you have the reciept, that would be great. Submit this in with your claim case number. Good luck! You got to fight back.
