About:Wuxi Ancient Kilns Relics Museum

I was granted a one year multiple visit visa last June to go to China over the summer.

Unexpectedly I plan on returning again November. Does that mean I don't have any paperwork to fill out and this multiple type will be fine?

You are now in China or in USA? Would you mind tell me more informtion about your situation?
If you are in China now, you may face a fine because you cannot even extend it. If you are in USA, you will not be fined for it. You can apply a new permit if you want to go back to China.

If your multiple one isn't expired, then you can still use it to visit China. Otherwise, you need to apply for a new one.
