What to do to apply for a transit visa?

Do we have to - a) fill up an application form and b) provide a passport photo when applying for it? How much does it cost to apply for the visa?

You mean apply the Transit G?
If so, you need to fill an application form with a recent taken photo, 48mm*33mm.
The fee is 92 Canada dollars for a single entry one.

Hi Linda, I meant the 72 hr transit one. Is it called transit G?

Cynthia, you needn't prepare any documents in advance if you meant 72 hours free transit. Your passport and onward air tickets are required, also the visa for your destination if it is required.
