hi is it possible to go dazu rock carving in one day and back from Chongqing

and what is best possible way to go and back

Yes, you can make it in one day. In the CQ Bus Station, also called Caiyuanba Bus Station, there are direct buses going to Dazu, and the bus ride is about 90 mins. Just get up early to catch the early bus.
