processing time needed?

I have a tourist visa to China.1- What is the processing time needed to issue a tourist L to Hong Kong?2- Can I keep my passport while my application is being studied?3- Do you have a rush/express service? If yes what are the fees?

It usually takes around four to six week to get it. You cannot keep your passport while application. The passport is needed for applying.For the one to HK, they do not provide rush or express service.
