Hi , i want to travel from Hong kong or shenzhen to Shantou by high speed train. please advice thank

There is no high-speed train service between Hong Kong and ST. But there are two direct buses between, respectively at 09:00 and 15:00. In the Cityview Hotel, Fanling Railway Station and Sheung Wan Connaught West, you can take the bus.
There are high-speed trains between Shenzhen and ST, but these trains will stop Chaoshan Railway Station. You can take a high speed train to that station, then take a bus to the downtown area in ST.2
