About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

3 Days Shanghai Meglev/Subway pass?

We will be in SH for 3 days. 2 at the beginning of our trip and 1 more 10 days later. Is there a 3 day pass to cover Meglev and subway? Do we need cash to purchase the tickets or credit card? Should we have CNY with us before arriving in SH or are there ATM/exhanges at airport? Thank you.

Yes, there is a 3 day pass in SH. It can used in subway and airport shuttle bus. But this kind of card cannot used for taking Maglev and public buses. You'd better purchase this card by cash.
There are also two types of cards. One is Maglev Single Trip + Metro One-day Pass. The other one is Maglev Round Trip + Metro One-day Pass. You can choose the most suitable one according to your travel plan.

There are many foreign exchange counters in Pudong and Hongqiao Airport. It's easy for you to find them. But in order to make your trip smoother, it's suggested to carry some CNY before arriving. :)
