Can I apply for a renewal of HKSAR passport in the China Consular in Zurich or I have to go to Bern?

Overseas application form (Form ID 843) for persons aged 16 or above
Overseas application form (Form ID 844) for children aged under 16
You can also obtain these application forms from the Chinese diplomatic and consular missions at your place of residence.

and the other one is Seestrasse 161, 8002- Zurich.
