and all documents have been submitted to the company and they said I have to approached the chinese government embassy here in Nigeria to get a particular letter, please what are the necessary documents to come along with to get the documents to further process my business visa to china

If you apply for business M type, you should prepare the required documents including passport and the copy, the filled-out application form, 2 passport-style photos, bank statement, hotel reservation, flight itinerary and an invitation letter from the Chinese business partner, and the invitation letter of duly authorized unit, your company's business certificate and letter of introduction of your company.
