How long to go from terminal 2 to 1 in Beijing Airport?

I am arriving at terminal 2 on a Hainan flight from the USA. My next flight is to Shanghai is also Hainan and leaves from terminal1 two hours later. Do I have to get my luggage and pass through customs in BJ?

There are free terminal shuttles between T2 to T1. You can take them. Or just walk to T1 within 10min through an escalator, because the distance is short.
It's not necessary for u to carry your luggages. You can check-in luggage in T2. :)
