I´m a Portuguese army Officer currently deployed in Afghanistan, middle November I´ll finished my tour and go back to Portugal.I´m planing to pay a 10 days visit to China with my wife and some friends, trip will start from Lisbon the 14th or 15th November. I have my passport with me, can I get the visa in Cabul or do I need to send the application to Lisbon.Thanks.Nuno Cardoso

Where are you now? In general, it is suggested to apply in where you are. If you are still in Afghanistan, you can try to apply in Kabul.
