can i apply for a scolarship in china through the chinese Embassy in Cameroon?

please i wish to know if i can apply for a scholarship in china through the Chinese Embassy in Cameroon? if yes please what are the scholarships available and their requirements

The embassy does not provide the scholarship and it can be applied at the China Scholarship Concil. You need to consult them about the requirements.
