Where can we process the Hongkong visa? Do we need double entry in the Hongkong? If it is an official visit but without an official passport, how much to obtain it?

You can apply through your local Chinese embassy or apply by mailing all the necessary documents to the HK Immigration for application directly. How long will you stay in HK and what is your purpose? The entries depend on yourself. Usually, a single entry is enough. For your type, the fee is around 160HKD per person.
