i would like to apply hk visa in dubai

Question

i am residence in Dubai .Do i need to make appointment to apply to China Consulate or i can go and apply directly there with the complete documents But i want to go to HK on nov 1 and i have only 10 days left after i have would complete all documents.10days could be enough ??? I know officially 4 or 6 weeks but as a urgent request ???Waiting for ur answers and thank you indeed

Making appointment in advance is not necessary, but please do directly. 10 days may not be enough according to my experience. There is no express or rush service for HK. Or you can call the HK Immigration Departmen for other solutions and their phone number is  (852) 2824 6111.
