Hi, I'm visiting the city on the 12th to 17th ths december and will be staying at the  Yingjiang Hotel. How far is the hotel from all the attractions such as the Dazu Rock Carving, Ci Qi Kou, Three Gorges Museum and wulong Carst? How much is the taxi's fare to all these places? How much is the cruise at the local Chaotianmen Port ?What about the Yangtze River Cruise? How much is it? Do i have to book in advance?Can the yangtze river cruise be completed in a day tour?Angeline Poh (Malaysia)

The distances are 10mi, 66mi, 2.4mi, respectively for Ciqikou, Dazu Rock Carving and Three Gorge Museum. You can take a taxi to Ciqikou (CNY30-40) and the museum (CNY12). Take a direct bus at CQ Bus Station or Longtousi Bus Station to the rock carving. Taxi travel is not suggested for this route, because it will be very expensive. There are many cruises for the Yangtze River and they have different fees. You can search for the details in this website. A reservation for the cruise is needed and I know Travel China Guide can handle it.
