About ticket changing at Shanghai Pudong Airport on Delta Airlines

How can I reach Delta Airlines in PVG, China to see if my daughter has changed or is changing or is going to change her ticket to Seattle Washington United States from SH. She hasn't called and I cannot reach her. Thank you.
