DO I qualify for the 72 hour visa? Joseph K

Just to verify, my upcoming trip to shanhai, I will be travelling non stop direct from Sea to PVG. I will spend 2 nights in PVG and my return flight is PVG to NRT to LAX. I return back to LAX same day of departure from PVG as NRT is only my 2 hour lay over city. Thanks in advance for your assistance,
