Can we take a mountain bike on the bus from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou?

My boyfriend and I want to visit the Valley during the second week of November. We are investigating our travel options (fly or take a bus). We will probably leave on a Friday and return on a Monday. Any tips are greatly appreciated!
