About:Chinese Embassy in Kuwait

How can i get this licence legalised by the chinese embassy ?

i have an international Hongkong Driving license and Hongkong ID .

Where did get the licence, from HK government or UK's?
If it is issued by the UK's official, it needs to be authenticated, otherwise, it is not needed.

The Consular service office in Chinese embassy in Kuwait provides such kind of service.

Actually, if your license is issued by HK government and you want that license be used in China, you do not need to atteste your license.
