Since I live in El Salvador I would like know I can I send my Passport to the Embassy in Costa Rica and How long will take to get it and what documentation need to be include on the Package., also how can I make the payment.Appreciate your prompt response

The embassy does not accept the mail application service, so you may need to apply in person or ask friend or a tour agency to help you to apply. The processing days are around four working days. So you can get it of that. May I know your purpose to visit China? The required documents are different for different purposes.
