Does beijing airport shuttle bus line 4 leave for the airport every hour?

I need to get to the terminal 3 from Renmin university near the Friendship hotel via airport shuttle bus line 4 on 13 Oct by 9:00-9:30 AM and I was wondering what time does the bus leave for the airport. So I would appreciate if you could let me know.
