What is your transfering time?
If it is less than 24 hours, you can just use your valid passport and flight ticket to make the transfer. If it is over 24 hours, you need to have a Transit G.

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to travel from SHA to PVG. You need to prepare some exchanges of Chinese CNY for taking the bus.

The bus fare is 30RMB per person. You can take around 50RMB in case of any other expense.
