About:Couple's Retreat Garden

Is visa required for a person holding a Bhutanese passport?

My colleague is from Bhutan and he is required to go to Macau from 20-29 October. Does he needs to apply one to Macau? If yes, he can do so in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where our office is based>

He needs to apply one for entering, but he can apply VOA when he reach local airport or ferry terminal. Applying in advance in Malaysia is not necessary.
